Grill Egg plant Salad

4 Eggplants - marinate with 1 spoonful of fish sauce, a pinch of tumeric powder and a dash of sesame oil.Grill until the middle side softens. Then chopped roughly
1 Onion - diced
1 large tomato - diced
5 Cili padi -sliced thinly or roughly according to taste
1 lime - squeezed it juice.
1 spoonful fish sauce
1/2 spoon of demerara sugar
1 teaspoon of sesame oil

Mix all in a bowl. Toss the salad. Make sure some of the eggplants are mashed so that the lovely juice incorporated into the salad.Serve with chopped coriander leaves.
