Hot, Hot ! Tuna, Mince Meat and Peas Fried Rice
1 onion (finely chopped)
2 cloves garlic (coarsely pounded)
1/4 inch ginger (coarsely pounded)
11/2 tbs black pepper (coarsely pounded)
2 tbs chili paste
5 curry leaves
1 tbs oyster sauce
1 tsp turmeric powder
200 grams minced meat
100 grams canned tuna chunks
100 grams canned peas (drained)
4 bowls of rice
salt to taste
3 tbs oil
spring onion and mints for decoration.
Heat a large wok in medium heat. Pour in the oil.
Put in the chopped onion. Fry until fragrant.
Mix in the pounded garlic, ginger and pepper.
Pour in the chili paste and oyster sauce. Stir fry.
Put in the mince meat. Continue stir fry thoroughly.
Mix in turmeric powder and curry leaves. Stir until the aroma of the curry leaves merges.
Add in the tuna . Stir thoroughly again.
Mix in the rice and peas. Stir fry until all ingredients thoroughly mix together.
Turn off the heat. Serve Fried rice with chopped spring onion and mint.
